Delivery: Once we have confirmed your order and received payment for the goods, your order will be dispatched. Cheques can take 5 days to clear.
If your order is confirmed and paid for before 2.00pm Monday to Thursday then under normal conditions you will receive next day delivery.
Orders placed between Friday and 2.00pm Monday, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time but you can expect delivery within 24 hours

If any items are out of stock, we will inform you of expected delivery date or refund any payment.
Our business hours of opening are between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, but orders may be placed 24/7.

Returns: No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without authorisation. All returns must be prepaid and insured for your protection. Any goods accepted for credit must be in new condition and in new original containers, and will be credited at your cost less 20% restocking charge, postage fees are non refundable. No credit/refund/exchange will be issued/exchanged for any single item with a net value of less than £20 or for any items older than 21 days beyond the delivery date.

Full credit or replacement, at our discretion, will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our organisation. All claims must be made within 7 days of merchandise being delivered. Zoom Factory will not accept any electrical parts for credit that have been installed and run unless we can prove beyond doubt that the electrical part involved is in fact defective and only then will Zoom Factory either repair or replace the defective item.

We make every effort to ship the correct parts to our customers. We double check each order when it is entered into our computer by comparing that model/Part number and the description you have given us against the description for that model/part number in the system.
